Step B: Lender review and requested supporting documents
Your ACCION lender will be happy to share with you the initial review results and let you know what documents are required for the final review.
You may be asked to provide documents including tax returns, pay stubs and/or financial statements if you have them. We will also need a copy of a valid ID before loan closing.
And please keep in mind that the faster you get back to us, the faster we’ll be able to get back to you.
Step C: Final Decision
As soon as we receive your paperwork, our underwriting group will work quickly so you can have a final decision.
Step D: Closing
If you wish, we can close loans at our headquarters in Albuquerque or at one of our partner locations across New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. ACCION has a list of partners near you.
